I have been satisfied
Mariko – I have read bad comments on magicJack but to date, I have been satisfied. I had assistance with my problems and the customer service chat line responds very quickly, not to mention helpful and courteous.
I am not actually what you call computer-literate but their directions are easy to understand and effective. I introduced a program from a company called Clear Wireless which messed up all my systems, including this. Representatives have always been helpful and effective in addressing my issues.
I have been using my device for about a month now and it has been satisfactory. I will post another comment in 6 months to let you know how it has gone.

I have a technical background and over the years I have learned how to get a crystal clear connection, with no skips, buzzes or noise. Most problems with MJ come from a slow internet connection, slow computer, or heavy computer use while the MJ is working.
