After 2 years I have no problems at all with original or new one

Rob – Customer service has always been 30 seconds away on the contact page computer chat. They have quickly fixed any issues I have had configuring the service. After 2 years I have no problems at all with original and PLUS. The PLUS version works exactly like a phone line as long as you have it connected to the broadband router which everybody already has for hi speed internet.

    "Jonathan S- I have used it for over 3 years now, and I haven't had a bad day with it. I forward all my MJ calls to my iphone and even if it is unplugged it still forwards all my calls... For me that itself is amazing!!! My family overseas have this great device and it saves me a ton of cash, I don't see why people still complain and gripe about this product, if you have a decent internet connection, a cheap landline phone and a 2nd grade level of computer knowledge... you should be able to work this thing.
